HOTEL BAR MANAGER
The successful candidate will be required to manage all aspects of the bar from customer service through to stock management through to staff training. We are looking for a versatile and customer driven person who can join our team and offer excellent customer focus and efficient management skills.
Applicants should possess 5 years+ bar management experience, ideally within a hotel environment. A relevant bar / hospitality management qualification is desirable but not essential.
Service and Lounge Staff
Applicants should possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure. Full and part time positions available. Previous experience is a distinct advantage.
